I'm Mayur Patel, and I own and run PostNet of Concord. Most of our work is for clients who come back every week: franchise groups, multi-store operators, and the managers who keep their locations looking sharp.

Good questions
Can we still just call or email an order in?
Of course. The portal makes routine reorders fast, but you'll always reach a real person at the shop, usually Mayur.
Can store managers see prices?
It's your choice. We can show your agreed prices, including quantity breaks and rush pricing, or hide prices so managers only see the designs they're allowed to order.
We already have brand guidelines and corporate artwork. Can you work with that?
Yes. Our designer prepares print-ready files from your approved artwork and sizes them for each format. Nothing goes into your portal until you've approved the proof.
Do you only serve Concord?
We produce everything in Concord, NC. We deliver around the Charlotte region, with same-day courier when it's urgent, and ship to locations anywhere by UPS, FedEx or USPS.
How is our information kept separate from other clients?
Every portal is private. Your designs, prices, contacts and store list are visible only to your company's login and to our shop. The portal is built so one client can never see another's information.
How long does setup take?
It depends on how many designs and locations you have. We'll give you a clear timeline after our first conversation, and you can keep ordering the usual way while we build.
